When the hours are used up simply purchase another block. The fine print: Client services are invoiced the 1st and 15th of each month unless a pre-paid block has been purchased Canadian clients are subject to 5% GST If we do not provide a service you need, we can refer you to a Virtual Assistant (VA) who does.
